**Triple Eight Transport Inc. is growing and is in search for an experienced Shop Manager to join our professional team-oriented Shop**
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our new shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role typically involves managing a team of technicians and support staff, coordinating service activities, and maintaining high levels of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead service technicians and other staff.
- Schedule work assignments and manage labor resources effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and promote professional development.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure that services are delivered to customer specifications and standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular clients and attract new customers.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and tools.
- Order supplies and manage budgets for operations and repair materials.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for service delivery.
- Monitor work quality, making sure it meets company standards and client expectations.

**Financial and Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and monitor budgets, manage expenses, and track revenues.
- Manage pricing and billing for services rendered, ensuring proper documentation.
- Keep accurate records of service reports, inventory, and customer interactions.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies.
- Provide reports on shop performance, customer feedback, and financial results to upper management.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve shop efficiency and service quality.
- Implement new systems, processes, or technologies to enhance shop operations.

**Safety**
- Ensure safety protocols and standards set out by the company are adhered to by the team.

**Work Environment**
- Most duties will be carried out in the shop, while some may be required to address outside.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the services offered and technical expertise in the field.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle administrative duties and financial management.
- Prior experience in service or operations management (preferably in a related field).

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- Several years of experience in a service-related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
- Travel may be required to different locations for training as well as support to other teams.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
