**Litigation Associate (0-2 years' experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Attend court hearings, discoveries, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Contribute to case strategy development and implementation.
- Provide support to senior lawyers on complex litigation matters.
- Stay current on legal developments relevant to securities and commercial law.

**Qualifications**:

- Called to the Ontario bar.
- 0-2 years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to securities and commercial law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and client service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
