**Role description**
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Commercial Account Manager provides industry leading customer service to a book of commercial partners. Service-focused, the Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in advising and advocating with clients, while practicing and remaining in compliance with brokerage guidelines.
**What you’ll do**:
- Be the point of contact for diverse group of commercial accounts
- Partner and collaborate with insurance companies to best support our customers
- Provide quotes, advise, and support to new and current customers
- Prospect new business
- Create appropriate documentation for customers for proposals, coverage, payments, etc.
- Manage renewals and cancellations
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure customer needs are met
- Comply with broker and RIBO requirements, including tracking of continued education hours
**Who you are**:
- An experienced RIBO licensed Insurance professional looking for a challenging, growth orientated environment
- Customer-first focused
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, who effectively communicates in English both written and orally
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can maintain high levels of accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
