Grouting Inspector

Overview:
Are you passionate about ensuring excellence and compliance in every detail? As a Grouting Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of grouting operations. You will leverage your technical background to inspect pre-grouting conditions, oversee grouting procedures and verify the integirty of the grouting work.

What you will be doing:

- Monitor quality control of grout materials and workmanship, including sampling and testing as required.
- Verify that grout placement meets design requirements, including volume, pressure, and coverage.
- Document inspection findings, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports on grouting progress and any deviations or issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical challenges related to grouting operations.
- Ensure all grouting work complies with applicable safety standards and environmental regulations on the construction site.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in construction inspection with a focus on grouting or related concrete and foundation works.
- Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent); additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices for grouting operations.
- Comfortable working alongside and coordinating with crews as well as other diverse crews on site.
- Post Tensioned Institute (PTI) - Level II OR Inspector preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in construction inspection or related fields (e.g., ICC, NICET) is an asset.

Salary Min: CAD $75,000.00/Yr. Salary Max: CAD $85,000.00/Yr.
