**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, countertops, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including cooking, cleaning, and food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary tasks and kitchen operations.
