Our new location features Kelowna's longest and largest express tunnel wash facility with two express tunnels and UNLIMITED Free Vacuums and mat washers. - Customer Service Associate _ An exciting opportunity is available at Sonic Wash’s brand new Kelowna location for a Customer Service Associate / Car Wash Attendant. This position involves frequent interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment. Duties Include: - engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - providing customers with a great understanding of the benefits of our products and services - processing store transactions and cash handling - store inventory - basic food prep (frozen yogurt and toppings) - cleaning and organizing - general site upkeep - directing cars onto the tunnel wash conveyor Our requirements: - capacity to communicate with customers effectively in person or on the telephone - address and resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner - maintain a calm, professional, friendly demeanor under periods of stress - consistency with attendance and punctuality - motivation and eagerness to learn - capability to work independently and seek out assistance as required - team player with a can-do attitude - ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $18.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - Paid time off - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
