Reporting to the Store Manager and Business Coach, the Pizza Chef will be based in London, Ontario and will play an essential role in our Franchise Operations success.

**Your Mission**

As a Panago Pizza Chef, you will work alongside your teammates to create and cook our chef-inspired pizza recipes by using our delicious recipes. You will learn how to deliver an exception customer experience by assisting customers with their orders by preparing Panago products, maintaining store cleanliness and stocking stations. You will be responsible for food safety by demonstrating meticulous hygiene and safe food handling practices.

**Day-to-Day Impact**
- Work with team members to create and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure that every customer order is prepared with efficiency and care.
- Consult with the Store Manager and Business Coach on operation matters.
- Create and prepare high-quality ingredient pizzas according to specific recipes.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients through regular inspection and rotation.
- Establish and build a trusting relationship with Panago franchise partners, stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure cleanliness through food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Other duties as outlined by the Store Manager

**Competencies and Experience**
- 0-1 years previous experience in QSR, Retail or Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of franchise operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Must be able to travel to the store location

**Additional Details**
- This position is based on London, Ontario, in store.
- Hours of Operations are Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am-12am.
