Teddy's was founded in 1980 and has been an institution in Oshawa for over 40 years. We grind our beef in-house, slow cook our meats overnight and make our pies in-house. Our company employs over 200 people and owns three different restaurant concepts.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

**WHAT TO EXPECT.**

For this position, you will be working 37-44 hours per week with two weeks off per year. You will receive two days off a week and a 45minute break per 8-hour shift.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleanliness of section.
- Ensure consistent product quality.
- Following closing procedures.
- Work-place safety.
- Maintain a fantastic workplace culture.
- Work the grill, having an understanding for cooking steaks, chicken, burgers... etc.
- Good time management, this is a high pressure busy position and you may be cooking for up to 1,000 people per day.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
