**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct a crew installing temporary and permanent power, industrial lighting, and underground conduit.
- Interpret single-line diagrams, engineered drawings, and BC Hydro requirements; translate them into daily work plans.
- Coordinate with inspectors, GC superintendents, and other trades to maintain schedule, quality, and budget.
- Lead toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and code-compliant installs; submit daily production and safety reports.
- Mentor apprentices and journeypersons, upholding Dub Electric’s workmanship standards.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician**:

- **5+ years** supervising industrial or heavy-infrastructure crews
- Advanced working knowledge of the **Canadian Electrical Code** and BC Hydro tie-ins
- **FSR-B or FSR-A** (or commitment to obtain—tuition support provided)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract;
- Strong digital reporting skills

Pay: $48.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Industrial electrician: 3 years (required)
