**Job Summary**

The Service Greeter/Vehicle Porter’s primary responsibility is to be the ambassador of the Service Department. The Service Greeter/Vehicle Porter will ensure each customer is greeted in a friendly and professional manner and they are provided with direction regarding their service needs.

The Service Greeter/Vehicle Porter will ensure the utmost in quality customer service displaying professionalism and efficiency. The Service Greeter/Vehicle Porter will be an outstanding team player.

**What you offer**

**Some of the tasks of this position include**:

- Ensure that customers are greeted promptly and professional upon arrival to the Service Department
- Greeter will direct customers accordingly and provide assistance as required
- Vehicle porter will ensure that vehicles are treated with respect and care
- Moving vehicles on the lot; will be required to work in inclement weather (all seasons)
- Provide general assistance within the dealership, as required and directed. Tasks may include but not limited to such duties as: sweeping indoors/outdoors, organizing files (work orders), etc.
- Ensure compliance with Meet & Greet Customer Care (attached)
- Attend and actively participating in scheduled Service Department meetings
- Attend training /seminar courses as required
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Highway Traffic Act, etc.)
- Any other responsibilities as required and/or as assigned

**Education and Qualification**
- Completion of Secondary Education
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Able to drive auto and manual transmissions

**Language**
- Fluent in English, oral and written

- Mature personality and sound judgement skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution & problem-solving skills

**Abilities**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure attention to detail

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Occasional Seasonal Saturdays

**Pay Structure**:
$16.55 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
