You will provide exceptional product knowledge and excel at working in a high paced environment, while providing extraordinary customer service.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**

As a **Customer Service Sales Associate**, you are uniquely placed to represent the company you work for. You will be the first person a customer meets or chats with online, you will help them choose the best product for their needs, answer inquiries, and you will be responsible for providing a smooth transaction both in-store and online.

**Hours**: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Work Location**: Bishop's Cellar Retail Store.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provides exceptional customer service from the moment the customer walks in the door until after the customer has left
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Assist in receiving, preparing, and processing online curbside pick-up orders
- Responding to customer questions in person and online - in a timely manner, while following standardized procedures
- Deal with challenging situations and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Restock shelves, ensuring merchandise is neat/fully stocked, while maintaining the store’s cleanliness
- Process customer purchases accurately and in a timely manner
- Balances cash/credit transactions at the end of shift

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift and carry boxes of merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Thirst for knowledge and a passion for wine + food
- Previous wine, beer, and spirits education (an asset, not a requirement)

Must be **19 years or older**. Position requires **Criminal Records Check Completion.**
