3PL Warehouse - Pick & Pack environment
- **Responsibilities**_
- May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Works from pick sheet or RF scanner to pull products or supplies
- Check orders against pick sheets and RF scanner
- Perform a variety of physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods from a trailer, manually and/or with the use of material handling equipment
- Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products
- Participate in process-specific training and adhere to all work instructions and guidelines established by LDI to comply with regulatory standards
- Demonstrate and maintain professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel
- Follow all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respect customer and company property and equipment
- Proactive in accident and incident prevention and fills out supporting documentation and reports promptly and accurately when required
- Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy
- Document and identify all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead
- Provide back-up and assistance to coworkers as required
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to drive increased productivity and service levels
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
- **Requirements**_
- At least 1 1/2 years of warehouse experience
- Certification is required - minimum 2 out of the following: Order Pickers, Counterbalance, Reach Trucks and Walkies
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and experience with WMS systems is an asset
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimum supervision
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary
- High school or technical degree
- Proven basic math skills at the high school level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour
