We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As an Associate Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist with administrative tasks, answer phones and handle inquiries to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping others and someone that knows the importance of creating a positive first impression of the organization. General Insurance License is required or must obtain within three (3) months.

Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls, answering general inquiries, providing information about the organization's products or services, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized and presentable working and reception area.
- Assist in prospecting for new clients, contacting leads, and following up on sales opportunities.
- Update client records and ensuring that policy documents are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in reviewing policies for coverage options and making recommendations to clients.
- Agents may receive training and mentorship to develop their knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques and industry regulations.
- Strict confidentiality with respect to client’s financial status and other personal information.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to analyze insurance policies and determine appropriate coverage options for clients
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse client populations

One (1) year sales and service experience or related business experience is preferred.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
