Band Saw Operator

Smithville, Canada Niagara Pallet Full time

This role will challenge your ability to lift pallets by hand and pull them across a Bandsaw repetitiously; ultimately, rewarding you with the opportunity to be apart of an extremely skilled group of individuals.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and order.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain the band saw through routine preventative maintenance.
- Set up the saw machine, making adjustments for each job
- Operate the saw machine, keeping an eye out for any defects or issues
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using hand tools and saws
- Experience in general laborer role

**PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITIONS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY**

**Position**: Saw operators

These positions move 300 + pallets per day by hand.
