Matrix is hiring a Construction Manager/General Superintendent for an exciting project in Calgary, AB. The General Superintendent is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the construction divisions, and support to field staff, including career mentorship. This role is accountable for project execution including planning, scheduling, and logistics associated with the field construction operations. Reporting to the President, and will be accountable for the quality and success of the projects as well as customer satisfaction.

**Schedule**:

- 10-hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as an Estimator or PM within the Road Construction Industry.
- Experience working on, and managing Road Construction crews.
- NCSO Designation.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (less than three convictions; less than 7 demerits).
- Must have the physical strength, stamina, and coordination to complete the assigned duties.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year**

**(depending on experience as Construction Manager or General Superintendent)**
