**Job Summary**:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Bartender to take the helm at **Teddy Beer** and craft unforgettable experiences one cocktail at a time. As our full-time Lead Bartender, you'll be the maestro behind the bar, orchestrating a symphony of flavors and flair that keeps our patrons coming back for more. As a Bartender you'll be the creative force driving our beverage program forward, and also be a master of hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Mixology Mastery**:Showcase your creativity and expertise in crafting innovative and signature cocktails. Stay on top of current industry trends and contribute to the development of unique drink menus.
- **Exceptional Guest Experiences**:Be the face of our bar, providing warm and genuine hospitality to our guests. Create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting connections to enhance their overall experience.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with our kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless and cohesive dining experience. Collaborate on beverage pairings, promotions, and special events to enhance the overall guest journey.
- **Training and Development**: Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Share your knowledge of mixology, customer service, and industry best practices.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation. Implement efficient bar procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- **Community Engagement**: Act as a brand ambassador within the community, participating in local events, competitions, and promotions to increase awareness and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on mixology and cocktail creation.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer.
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Leadership qualities and a collaborative team spirit.
- Understanding of inventory management and cost control.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
