**The Position**:
RW Consumer Products is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Blowmolding machines and filling lines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.
**Shift Hours: 7am - 3pm**
**Location: St. Albert, AB**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Blowmolding machines and filling lines.
- Conduct mold changes and machine programming to optimize production efficiency.
- Assemble, disassemble, and install machinery and equipment as needed.
- Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, lubricate, and replace defective parts to maintain equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Blowmolding and filling line machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Physical stamina is required. You will be standing for long stretches of time. Must be able to lift, push/pull 25 lbs.
