**Job description**

**Scope of Position**:
The kitchen staff is responsible for producing meals for residents and guests using production checks and standardized recipes.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Must have a Canadian work permit
2. Must be able to commute (Richmond Lodge, 6197 Perth St, Richmond, ON K0A 2Z0)

3. Available to work every other weekend from **3:00pm - 8:30pm.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists with preparing meals for residents and guests ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Participates as a member of the dining services team and provides support to the other members of the services team.
- Assists in preparing and presenting meals and food for special events in a manner that promotes a positive image and reputation to the public at large.
- Complies with all food preparation standards and health and safety requirements.
- Operates and cleans food production equipment and food preparation areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Evening shift
- Weekends
