Our Invisible Empire is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an in-office **SEO Specialist. **_Please note that this is an _**in-office position**_, we are NOT offering a remote position at this time._ In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic through SEO strategies for 12+ companies. Our Invisible Empire is a business consulting and networking agency that specializes in upscaling small businesses and supporting entrepreneurs in all areas of business. We believe that success is determined by ensuring our staff feel supported and comfortable to put their best self forward.

At Our Invisible Empire, we prioritize work-life balance, ensuring our employees enjoy long weekends every week. This position entails working Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Conduct copywriting and creative writing as needed for website development
- Meet monthly quota for keyword targeting blogs and SEO optimization for websites
- Regularly monitor target keyword rankings and perform SEO forecasting
- Conduct frequent and consistent competitor keyword research
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, and SEMrush for data analysis
- Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices
- Create and present proposals for clients
- Work within the designated spend budget for all paid ads (Google and Facebook/Instagram)
- Assist in website development
- Remain well-informed with current digital trends and events that may present opportunities for campaigns

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organized and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Great communicator, both verbally and written
- Proven experience in SEO, SERP, and SEM
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools, specifically **SEMrush**:

- Working knowledge of HTML and other coding languages pertaining to technical SEO
- Creative writing and copywriting experience is recommended
- WordPress and Shopify experience is required
- Google Ads and Analytics certification and experience is recommended
