**The Opportunity**:
We are currently hiring for an **existing vacancy on our Growth team.**

We're looking for an ambitious, well-spoken, and organized Partnerships Lead to help us grow our network of strategic partners and drive measurable customer acquisition through collaboration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and knows how to make connections that matter.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you'll manage the full lifecycle of our partner relationships from research and outreach to negotiation, activation, and ongoing success.

**What You'll Do**

**Prospecting**
- Identify key industries, companies, and contacts for outreach
- Build targeted lead lists using Seamless.ai
- Follow up with interested prospects and pitch our free data partnership model
- Develop criteria to evaluate which partners are worth our time
- Determine when and how to escalate conversations to senior stakeholders

**Closing**
- Negotiate partnership terms and creative execution plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-performing marketing assets
- Advise partners on best practices for creative and offer distribution

**Management**
- Manage post-signing relationships and maintain regular success reporting
- Ensure timely affiliate payments where applicable.
- Analyze campaign results and propose enhancements for better performance.
- Monitor and enforce the appropriate use of offer codes and their expiration dates.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Create compelling case studies that highlight the value of our partnerships.
- Own and maintain our external-facing partnership deck
- Track performance against annual KPIs tied to installs, signups, and revenue
- Drive measurable business growth through effective collaboration

**What We're Looking For**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships
- Startup experience preferred
- Based in Canada (ideal)

**Compensation**

We offer competitive compensation tailored to your experience and performance:

- Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000
- On-Target Earnings Bonus (OTE): $20,000-$40,000

Bonus is performance-based, tied to successful partnership signups
