Requirements with Bio:

- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biomedical engineering or equivalent field
- Strong experience in software development or software test engineering or data engineering
- Proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript
- Experience in Software Development in Test and proficiency in Behavioral Driven Development
- Working knowledge of microservice architecture, AWS services, Docker, CI/CD, Linux & Shell scripting
- Experience with HPC environment
- Experience with using Agile SW development tools
- Ability to work independently and with global teams and good communication skills.
- Good understanding of bioinformatics pipeline and tools for NGS data is a plus
- Experience with workflow development languages such as Nextflow is a plus Integration testing with Spring boot and API testing experience is a plus
- Experience developing medical device or regulated software is a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
