As a logistics coordinator, your responsibilities would be as follows:

- Finding pricing and availability for FTL and LTL shipments within Canada the US and internationally.
- Submitting rates to customers for approval.
- Creating and dispatching load confirmations to carriers and arranging pick up and deliveries to meet the customers requirements.
- Monitor load movement by keeping in contact with carriers and shippers to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Tracking and tracing loads as well as providing customers with updates on shipment status.
- Working with the Accounting Team to ensure information is entered correctly and any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
