**Marketing and Event Coordinator (Hybrid)**

**About Flow**

At Flow we develop and produce national events and programs that move Canada. From mental health programs in companies to large scale community events, our aim is to inspire action to enrich communities.

**About the Role**

Flow is seeking an _Event Coordinator_ for their Spring and Fall event series’. In this role, the Event
Coordinator will be reporting to the Senior Event Manager and be part of a dynamic and positive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate city-specific materials and communications to ensure all sponsors and vendors are prepared for each event.
- Provide data reports from the registration platform as needed.
- Provide support with social media content, capture, and scheduling as required.
- Assist with the compilation of event documents.
- Provide support for participant inquiries.
- Provide support and assist with recruitment of volunteers.
- Provide support with hiring Entertainment as required.
- Attend local events to assist with event execution.
- Coordinate website design & updates working with developers and creative lead.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality production of marketing materials while adhering to deadlines.

- Ability to attend on-site/in office meetings.
- Availability to travel within Ontario for events when required.
- Weekend availability when needed.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Job Location: Aurora (Hybrid position)
Work hours/week: 40
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Type: Salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
