Ppf Installer/detailer

**Who we are**:
We are a premium automotive detailing company located in Mono, Ontario offering multiple different services such as Ceramic Coatings, PPF (Paint Protection Film), Detailing, Window Tints, and Paint Correction.

**Description**:
We are currently looking for an individual who has past experience with installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and loves to work on many different types, ranging from classic to exotic to daily driven vehicles. Prior experience with PPF installs is a MUST.
- G or G2 Driver's License is required; however, this does not disqualify you if you have the right work ethic
- Must have a passion for cars and a keen eye with attention to detail
- Must be on time and punctual
- Must have a professional demeanor towards clients and must be a team player
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work in a safe and cautious manner

**Additional Skill Set: (These skills are NOT mandatory, but will allow for priority in the hiring process with prior experience)**
- Prior experience installing Window Tints
- Basic level of Videography & Photography skills with the ability to edit photos using Adobe or another program
- Social Media Marketing skills which includes any of the following: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or SEO

**Compensation**: Our pay rate is based on experience and skill level. We encourage growth within the organization for our staff and offer pay increases annually provided loyalty and hard work is shown.

**Detailing Duties**:

- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets and upholstery
- Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and surfaces
- Remove dirt, grime, and stains from vehicle surfaces
- Ensure vehicles are properly dried and prepared for customer delivery
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in automotive detailing required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering a clean and polished vehicle will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
