Minimum 7 years of hands-on, full time work experience in an automotive or consumer electronics, embedded product development organization
- 3+ years of leading development of complex, real time, embedded software in an object-oriented environment with an emphasis on guiding and mentoring junior team members
- 4+ years of software development experience on Android platform or other embedded system
- 2+ years of coordinating and working with offshore development teams
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in highly complex codebase as needed
- Working experience of one or more of the following:

- Android Applications and Services
- UI/HMI Development for multiple screen layout
- Android Telephony

- Working knowledge of SAFe, Agile and SCRUM
- Good spoken and written communication skills
