**Job Description**:
The Project Manager - Integrated Supply Chain will work with the Supply Chain leadership team to develop and implement new technologies, processes, initiate and implement strategic plans and lead operational efficiencies as we digitize our global supply chain. You will balance a variety of strategic, programmatic, and operational responsibilities to support the broader organization.

The scope of the position has a global impact and will improve total cost of operations, working capital, distribution activities, process optimization, and other capabilities and technologies identified as part of the Integrated Supply Chain strategy. As an individual contributor, you will lead global project teams across the supply chain through the stages of a project’s lifecycle - Discovery to Closure.

**This is a strategic project leadership role with responsibility for project definition and initiative prioritization, project management, business readiness, and reaching the defined project outcomes. The project portfolio includes projects with moderate to high complexity and influence across multiple teams and responsibilities. You will work with other groups in the organization such as the functional business and ISC teams, enterprise recovery and IT Capability lanes. You will report to the Portfolio and Results Management Manager.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present comprehensive business case to ISC leadership along with the development of strategic portfolio road maps.
- Define, document, and facilitate deployment of new business processes and technological innovations using industry standard project management methods and principles.
- Consult and be a Supply Chain representative on teams responsible for major company projects.
- Communicate with all levels within and outside of the ISC organization on progress for process deliverables, presentations, progress reports, risk assessments.
- Work with important supply chain partners to provide strategic input into the Technology Roadmap, ensuring supply chain needs are identified and funded.
- Be fluent in multiple information systems concerning functionality being used. Work with IT functions and the functional supply chain organizations to suggest maintenance and enhancements to business systems to improve our ability to comply with next-generation supply chain goals and improve responsiveness to customer requirements.
- Maintains an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics and the broader marketplace.
- Partner with the Integrated Supply Chain Platform Enablement team (Product Owners) to stay aligned on technological portfolio health, capability gaps and roadmaps.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree
- Legal authorization to work in country is required. We will not offer sponsorship for this position now or in the future for this job opening

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in multiple supply chain areas such as materials management/logistics, procurement, or manufacturing operations with total general experience of 8+years in professional roles
- Working knowledge of ERP systems is essential, preferably SAP.
- Project management experience in a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment.
- Change management skills to guide improvements across the broader supply chain organization.
- PMP Certification or equivalent experience in leadership of large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated end to end knowledge in portfolios of Plan, Source, Make and Deliver
- APICS Certification.
- Analytics and data modeling skills
