**Duties**
- Operate Bobcat machinery for tasks such as grading, paving, and building.
- Perform loader and backhoe operations as needed.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy machinery.
- Assist in job site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.

**Experience**
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically Bobcat machinery.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is preferred.
- Experience with grader operation and bulldozing is a plus.
- Commercial driving experience is beneficial for transporting equipment as needed.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site requirements.

Pay rate -$25
