**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate skid steer loaders and other heavy equipment to perform tasks such as grading, paving, and material handling.
- Execute various construction activities including building foundations, landscaping, and site preparation.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery on job sites.
- Assist in the operation of additional equipment as needed, including bulldozers, backhoes, graders, and horizontal drilling machinery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with skid steers and excavators.
- Skills in operating additional machinery such as bulldozers, backhoes, Caterpillar equipment, graders, loaders are highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety in all operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications for heavy equipment operation are advantageous.
