**Glazing Expert-Customer Service**

We are part of a large corporation, but we are a small segment of their overall business. Our growth potential is enormous over the next ten years and we are building a team to get us to that point. If you are looking for a ground floor opportunity with many avenues of career growth please read on.

Our office has a positive, fun environment and can be quite fast paced especially in the summer and fall. We are looking ideally for a past glazier or alternately someone with solid inside sales experience at a construction supply warehouse or glazing hardware company. We are expanding into a new facility next year in the same location so come join us as we grow.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong spelling and math skills
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field within the construction supply market. Exceptions for glazing installer experience.
- Retail/Food/Hospitality experience is not considered adequate experience.
- Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems.
- Computer literate with experience of Windows based operating systems as well as Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Some travel may potentially be required at times.
- Ideally a former glazier or installer from a glass or window back-ground
- Past sales experience in glazing hardware

**Schedule**
- 8 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) onsite

**Wage/Salary**
- Negotiable based on experience.
- Wage increases annually or with increased roles and responsibilities.
