**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing Renovation projects from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in managing on-ground labor, handling customer interactions, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Measurements and Site Assessments**
- Accurately measure spaces for kitchen and bath renovations.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.

**Project Management**
- Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, including material procurement and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure projects stay on track.

**On-Ground Labor Management**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site labor, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Provide clear instructions and support to subcontractors and crew members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.

**Customer Interaction**
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide updates to clients on project progress and any changes to the scope or timeline.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

**Quality Control**
- Inspect work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards and adheres to design specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies in workmanship.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Project Manager, designers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Kitchen and Bath renovation industry.
- Strong understanding of construction and renovation processes, including measurement techniques and material selection.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2020 Kitchen & Bathroom Design Software or AutoCAD

Pay: $47,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
