Fanshawe College is seeking interested and experienced occupational health and safety professional s to teach part-time in the Occupational Health and Safety Management (OLH) program in the School of Public Safety.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, School of Public Safety, p art-time professors are responsible for teaching courses within the OLH program and developing an effective learning environment for students.

**Note**:These are part-time temporary Faculty positions (up to 6 hours per week) starting September 2, 2025, and ending December 12, 2025.

**Note**:These positions are located at Fanshawe's main campus at 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd., London, Ontario.

**General Qualifications**:

- Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets

**Specific**Qualifications**:

- Relevant post-secondary education an asset
- Master's degree in related field an asset
- Minimum 5 years' of recent and relevant industry experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety an asset
- Active CRST or CRSP certification with the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals an asset
