**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their financial needs. You will engage with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable products and services, ensuring a positive experience that fosters trust and loyalty.

**Duties**
- Assist clients in understanding various financial products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash management tasks to ensure proper handling of funds.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional services that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate advice.

**Qualifications**
- Strong mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
- Background in sales or financial services is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
