**JOB PROFILE: Reporting to the Farm Manager, the farm labourer is responsible for carrying out day to day tasks in the fields.**

The job includes but shall not be restricted to:

- Operating tractors, forklift, mower, other motorized equipment
- Minor repairing & maintaining farm equipment
- Assisting truck drivers with load/unload
- Pallet repair & pallet pick-up
- Field clean-up
- Serving customers (residential & commercial)

Skills & Qualifications:

- Time Management Skills,
- Organizational Skills,
- Problem Solving,
- Attention To Detail,
- Technical & Mechanical Proficiency

On-job training will be provided - no experience required

Hours: 50+ per week

Status: Seasonal Full Time

Wage is dependent upon experience & qualifications

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
