**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Microsoft and Linux software updates to all Solacom customers covered by these services.
- Provide Microsoft and Linux Vulnerability Patching to E911 customers.
- Schedule, open and manage service tickets and update tickets to reflect actions taken.
- Work with customers and VARs during patching deployment.
- Follow-up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction with resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent communication and written skills in English. Good written and verbal communicate in both French and English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in deploying software updates.
- Excellent customer service, communication, listening and human relations skills are required to determine client needs, understand and relay information, build positive rapport, confidence and trust and participate as an effective team member.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
- Microsoft WSUS knowledge.
- Knowledge of BigFix an asset.
- Knowledge of Linux distros, Debian and Ubuntu an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of IP Networking.
- Networking basics experience in domains, active directory, DHCP, DNS is required.
- Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated and good judgment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and proven ability to work unsupervised.
- Will need to undergo a security background check.

**Qualifications**
- Electronic Technician or Technologist Diploma/Telecommunication Technician or equivalent experience.

**Responsabilités**:

- Effectuer des mises à jour logicielles Microsoft et Linux à tous les clients Solacom couverts par ces services.
- Fournir des correctifs de vulnérabilité Microsoft et Linux aux clients E911.
- Planifiez, ouvrez et gérez les tickets de service et mettez à jour les tickets pour refléter les mesures prises.
- Travailler avec les clients et les VAR pendant le déploiement des correctifs.
- Faire un suivi auprès du client pour s'assurer de la satisfaction du client avec la résolution.

**Exigences**:

- Communication courante et compétences écrites en anglais. Bonne communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le déploiement de mises à jour logicielles.
- D'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, en communication, en écoute et en relations humaines sont requises pour déterminer les besoins des clients, comprendre et transmettre l'information, établir une relation positive, la confiance et participer en tant que membre efficace de l'équipe.
- Volonté de travailler selon un horaire flexible.
- Connaissance de Microsoft WSUS.
- Connaissance de BigFix un atout.
- Connaissance des distributions Linux, Debian et Ubuntu un atout
- Connaissance et expérience des réseaux IP.
- Une expérience de base en réseautage dans les domaines, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS est requise.
- Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes, motivation et bon jugement.
- Haut niveau de professionnalisme, d'intégrité et de capacité éprouvée à travailler sans supervision.
- Devra se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents de sécurité.

- Diplôme de technicien ou de technologue en électronique/technicien en télécommunications ou expérience équivalente.
