Technical Lead

We are seeking a **Technical Lead** to assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems. The role requires a deep understanding of Desktop Support to effectively manage and resolve technical issues.

**In this role, you will**:
- Ensure seamless IT operations and provide expert guidance to resolve technical issues
- Provide support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including hardware
- Support the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Work independently to troubleshoot all support requests and follow escalation policies
- Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with users and clients
- Desktop operation and support - Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of ongoing usability of desktop, computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
- Recommends or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity; Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software
**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**:
- They will also have experience in Service Desk Service Now Windows Networking and Desktop Support
