Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled **Digital Press Operator** to join us in producing world-class packaging on our state-of-the-art **HP Indigo 6800** press.

**About the Role**

The Digital Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the HP Indigo 6800 digital press to deliver exceptional print quality, efficiency, and consistency. This role requires hands-on technical ability, strong color management skills, and attention to detail to meet the high standards of Glenmore’s premium packaging customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate, set up, and monitor the HP Indigo 6800 press for production runs.
- Perform daily maintenance, color calibrations, and press checks to maintain consistency.
- Manage substrates, inks, and job parameters in line with press specifications and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot press issues, including registration, color variation, and substrate compatibility.
- Follow production schedules, job tickets, and artwork files with precision.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all jobs meet Glenmore’s standards and client expectations.
- Maintain production records, report downtime, and support workflow efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with prepress, finishing, and quality control teams.
- Uphold all safety, GMP, and company SOP requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Completed HP Indigo Level 1 certification (6000 series) is preferred.
- Digital press operation experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of digital print workflows, RIP software, and color management practices.
- Familiarity with a wide range of substrates used in labels and packaging.
- Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving ability in a pressroom environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the label industry.
- Knowledge of finishing equipment such as die-cutting, foiling, gluing, or lamination.
- Understanding of GMP, FSC, or other quality management standards.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
