**Job Contract Overview**:
Roadcraft Driving School, a trusted leader in driver education in Ottawa, is seeking dedicated and professional Driving Instructors to join our team on a contract basis. As an instructor with Roadcraft, you will play a vital role in empowering students with the skills and confidence needed to become safe and responsible drivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, student-centered driving lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Provide instruction for G2 and G road test preparation, defensive driving techniques, and road safety.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and encouraging learning environment during in-car sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with MTO regulations and standards for driver education.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid Driving Instructor License.
- Access to a dual-brake vehicle with 6D insurance coverage for driver training.
- City of Ottawa Business License for Driving Instructors.
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
- Passion for educating and helping students achieve driving success.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
