- $23.67 to $24.68 hourly rate
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Immediate Supervisor:
- The Centre Director
**NATURE OF THE WORK**:
As Office Agent (Class II), you will perform a variety of relatively simple administrative duties according to established instructions, methods or procedures and requiring routine decisions based on a limited number of elements. In addition, you will be required to:
- Compile data, perform simple calculations and prepare reports;
- Fill out forms, cards, purchase orders, form letters, notices or any other simple document of the same nature and forward them, as required;
- Respond to and transfer telephone calls; receive and forward messages and faxes; provide information of a general nature on the telephone or in person; greet and, if necessary, direct visitors;
- Use a computer and the necessary software to perform duties related to word processing, database entry, spreadsheets and in-house programs;
- Perform any other related duty if needed.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies in a specialty appropriate for the class of employment, a Secondary School Diploma or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority;
- Have some knowledge of office automation;
- Have the ability to work effectively in French and in English
