**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Storekeeper will have the following responsibilities:

- Manage, order, receive, and inspect all standard requests for materials, parts, OHS equipment, and equipment related to machine maintenance and facilities;
- Ensure delivery on the scheduled date with the supplier;
- Responsible for inventory and organization of maintenance parts;
- Responsible for sharpening tasks;
- Manage tool loans for maintenance;
- Update maintenance software information (parts prices, preventive maintenance);
- Prepare reports;
- Dispatcher duties;
- Other related tasks as required.

**DESIRED PROFILE**
- Bilingual (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Excel and Word);
- Knowledge of Interal maintenance software (Asset);
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Knowledge of mechanics (Asset);
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, order, precision, rigor, attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset;
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
- Strong team spirit;
- Good physical stamina;
- Strong customer-supplier relations;
- Valid driver’s license.
