Host/hostess

We are currently seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Real Estate Host/Hostess. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and visitors, creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet potential buyers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
- Collect and maintain visitor information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, providing accurate information about the development, its amenities, pricing, and any other relevant details.

Required Work Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for potential buyers and visitors.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey property information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in property information, client preferences, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, pricing, and current market trends would be a plus.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents, clients, and other team members.
- Ability to work weekends, and attend open houses or events as required.
- A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
