Wolverine Contracting & Engineering is growing fast and expanding our team We’re looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded individual who will join our team and help us make data-driven decisions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Enter project critical information into our central database
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data is inputted correctly and in real-time
- Perform scheduled maintenance and audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of data
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Maintain data models, databases, and dashboards
- Represent Wolverine’s interests in working with the developer of our data management software in the pursuit of continuously improving our data management system

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a technical/data field (or equivalent experience)
- Intermediate to high proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Strong computer literacy
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong personal ethics and a deep understanding of transparency and accountability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Familiarity with SHORE or similar data management software an asset
- Previous experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial contracting a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,866.00-$51,580.00 per year
