**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our dealership. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
- Handle commercial cleaning duties for various spaces, adhering to safety protocols and cleaning standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
