We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for performing various renovation and construction tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in construction and renovation techniques.
**Duties**:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Estimate construction costs and materials needed for renovations
- Fabricate and install various components, such as cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
- Construct and assemble structures using hand tools and power tools
- Form concrete for foundations, walls, and other structures
- Install flooring, tiles, and other finishing materials
- Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Renovator or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
- Ability to operate bobcat
- Familiarity with concrete forming
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for construction tasks
- Carpentry skills required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- have own hand tools.
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
