**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Verify insurance information and process payments (knowledge and experience of EHC, WSIB, MVA, and OHIP Billing is a significant asset)
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and other staff members to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Provide information about our services and assist clients with any questions or concerns

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting
