**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions
- Document and process customer information
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cash management, customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Proficient math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
