Dutch Growers is looking for hard-working, customer-focused people and plant-loving individuals to join our team

**The Greenhouse supervisor will have the following responsibilities**
- Managing all staff in the greenhouse, ensuring they stay on task and performance levels are being met. This will include leading daily training sessions
- Setting to-do lists in coordination with the greenhouse manager, and ensuring they are carried out.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly greenhouse that meets Dutch Growers expectations. This includes coordinating a weekly cleaning schedule, merchandising and ensure all displays are fresh and consistently rotated
- Coordinating and leading the receiving, pricing, and stocking of products
- Maintaining plant quality. This means you will be the head watering, and are ultimately responsible for ensuring high plant quality. This will involve daily checks and training of staff to assist you.

**The Greenhouse Supervisor must meet the following requirements**
- You must have worked in a greenhouse before
- You must have experience watering and caring for plant material in a commercial setting
- You must have some sort of leadership experience whether it be professional or personal.
- You must be willing to work weekends
- You will be expected to be on your feet all day.

**Compensation**
- Position starts at $20.00 an hour, wage is negotiable, but relevant experience is needed for a higher wage

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Supplemental pay types:
