The Safety Supervisor will ensure that the workplace is compliant with all regulatory requirements and company policies, conduct regular inspections and trainings, and promote a culture of safety among all employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and enforce compliance with OH&S, company safety policies, and local regulations.Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions on topics such as PPE use, equipment safety, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation.Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs.Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety concerns; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure that safety protocols are integrated into daily operations.Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
