Futures Kidzone Guelph is seeking an enthusiastic,personable and outgoing staff member who has good spoken and written english. Competence and comfort using a computer is a must. This is a part-time position for someone with previous front desk experience and/ or a background in a gymnastic environment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting all families
- Answering the phone, taking messages
- Knowledgeable about classes and ability to Register new clients
- Processing payments
- Birthday party coordinator
- Many more office duties and daily operation related tasks.

**Job Requirements include**:

- strong oral and written communication skills
- strong knowledge of word and other basic computer programs
- ability to multi-task
- work within a team setting as well as individuallyThe operating hours are Monday-Friday 1:00pm - 8:30pm, and Weekends 8:30 am until 6:00 pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
