Cad Draftsperson

An experienced and dedicated CAD Draftsperson with at least 5 years of experience creating building plans, elevations & details is required for a well established residential design studio. Customer interaction & preliminary design work is not usually required although excellent communication & time management skills are. Duties would include receiving detailed design sketches with notes & creating BCBC compliant CAD building plans for permit & construction, in a timely manner & using your own compatible software. Contract pay historically works out to +/- $40/hr depending on proficiency.
