Responsibilities
Estimate cost and materials, establish methods to meet work schedules, resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, supervise workers and projects, plan, organize, direct, and control excavation operations, determine staffing requirements, manage staff and assign duties.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Kentville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- construction: 1 year (required)
